Val Rita-Harty Farmers Market This Saturday

Health and Wellness Day on Saturday

The Hearst-Kapuskasing-Smooth Rock Falls Counselling Services present Health and Wellness Day on Saturday, Feb. 8 from 10 am to 3 pm at the Kapuskasing Nordic Ski Club. There will be free snowshoe and ski rental, a scavenger hunt, as well as free chili and hot chocolate. Everyone is invited to attend.

Nordic Ski Brunch This Sunday, Feb. 16

The Kapuskasing Nordic Ski club will hold a brunch on Sunday, Feb. 16 from 8:30 am to noon at the Chalet located on Ash Street. Admission is $8 per person and children under 7 will be $4. There are plenty of great items on the menu, everyone is invited to attend.

Valentines Wine and Cheese in Smooth Rock Falls

There will be a valentines wine and cheese at the Smooth Rock Falls Royal Canadian Legion on Friday, Feb. 14 from 8 pm to 11 pm.  Doors open at 7:30 pm. Indian Friendship Centre – Trip to Timmins Science Centre

Selke Centre Carnival Spaghetti Supper –

There will be a carnival spaghetti supper on Friday, Feb. 21 at the St. Patrick's Parish Hall organized by the Frank J. Selke Centre. The supper takes place from 4:30 to 6 pm with the meal served at 5 pm. Admission is $13 for adults and $7 for children. Music provided by From The Heart. Come join us during the Kapuskasing Winter Carnival to a Spaghetti supper with all the fixings. It is $20.00 per person and $10.00 for children 10 and under. Curling Club Sunday Brunch February 23

 The Kap Curling Club will be holding a breakfast in the club’s lounge on Sunday, February 23 from 9 am to 12 noon.  Only 180 tickets are available and are selling briskly, at a cost $10 for adults and $5 for children from 5 to 10 years of age.  They must be purchased in advance at the club during regular curling hours.  They can also be reserved by calling Greg at 705-347-1427.
