The Porcupine Health Unit in Kapuskasing has launched a new initiative called Best Food Forward. The PHU will be taking residents for guided tours of the grocery store to help navigate the store, read labels and make healthy choices. There’s no cost to participate and they will be offering bilingual tours tomorrow morning from 10:00am to noon. There is a maximum amount of people that can participate in the event taking place tomorrow, so to book your spot give the local health unit a call.
