OFSC Reminding Snowmobiliers Trails Are Not Open

Snowmobile riders are being reminded to keep those sleds parked until the trails open up for the season. With snow falling across many parts of the province, the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs says even going for a short ride this time of year can be dangerous as the ground, waterways and swamps aren’t frozen over.

The OFSC say’s grooming operations haven’t started yet so no trails are available to ride. Snowmobilers are reminded to stay off public roads and avoid trespassing on farmer’s fields. For up to date trail conditions click here.
