For over 35-years the Porcupine Health Unit has been providing speech and language services to the community in Cochrane.
At the town’s council meeting last week, councillor Bourassa submitted the health units bi-annual report showing the incredible amount of growth in this field. Other things discussed included group sessions for young families, the hiring of a new Medical Officer of Health and looking into oral health services.
