After a school bus collided with an SUV in Timmins, North Eastern police units are reminding drivers to be careful out on the roads.
The incident happened earlier in the week and now the driver of the SUV is facing charges for failing to yield to traffic.
Timmins Police say there were kids on the bus, but thankfully none of them were injured. The bus driver however was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Ontario law requires motorists travelling in both directions to stop when approaching a school bus with its upper lights flashing.
