Every Wednesday the North Cochrane Addiction Services offers information sessions in Kapuskasing for the public to attend.
These sessions are for teenagers, adults, professionals and family members who would like to learn more about anger issues and substance abuse.
This week the focus is on understanding your rage and next week there will be a session looking at tools for managing anger. These information sessions take place at the North Cochrane Addiction Services Centre in Kapuskasing from 10:30am to 11:30am every Wednesday.
In Cochrane they don’t have group information sessions, but anyone looking to get help can contact the North Cochrane Addiction Services and set up a one on one meeting with a councilor.
