Hunting and Fishing TV host, Babe Winkelman brought his show Outdoor Secrets up to Kapuskasing and the surrounding area.
Last weekend Winkelman and his crew spent three days out in the bush along the Kapuskasing River and other lakes in the area. The TV host was joined by the Kap River Outfitters who took him out waterfowl hunting.
One of the outfitters, Peter Martin says the hunting was good and Winkelman will likely return to this neck of the woods. Martin says the show will help promote Kapuskasing and the surrounding area while increasing tourism.
Residents can expect to see Kapuskasing featured on the show Outdoor Secrets in about two to three months.
