The MPP for Nipissing isn’t surprised that the Wynne Liberals won’t include a separate line on heating bills explaining what the cap and trade tax will cost us. Vic Fedeli says it’s because the Liberals want to hide the truth. And the Tory finance critic says that’s par for the course.
Fedeli says the Liberals claim the monthly increase will be about four to five dollars. But he says the gas associations maintain the cap and trade will increase heating bills by hundreds of dollars each year.
