More Support Into Hospice Care in the Northeast

More than 300-thousand dollars is being invested into hospice care in the northeast. The Local Health Integration Network is putting the money in Sudbury, the Soo, Kirkland Lake, and Englehart. The investment means funding for hospice beds is going by 15-thousand dollars per bed.  The LHIN says their goal is to provide better support for Northerners who spend their final days in a hospice bed.
