Riverside Drive at McPherson is now open however the intersection at Byng Avenue will remain closed until Monday in Kapuskasing.
CAO Yves Labelle says the project should wrap up after water testing on Monday morning.
From here on out, there will be no more full-closures only delays for traffic.
Due to the emergency nature of the sewer collapse, Public Works crews have been moving quickly to wrap up the extensive project.
The system collapsed earlier last month, forcing Public Works to move on the project quickly in order to makes repairs and bring the aging system up to modern standards.
