Around $13,500 will be going to the three recipients of the Bikers Helping Hand fundraiser.
On Saturday night the group announced Melissa Tremblay Labelle, Samantha Degrace and Kathy Rancourt Mercier’s families will all be benefitting from the event.
Tremblay Labelle is currently up for a bone marrow transplant, Degrace is seeking a lung transplant and Rancourt Mercier is currently battling cervical cancer.
Last year the event benefitted a resident who needed a pancreatic transplant.
Organizers say three were chosen this year due to the success of the first event, which speaks to the relentless support of the community and local businesses.
Live entertainment, a poker rally, 50-50 draws, motorcycle competitions and even a 2016 Harley Fatboy was won at the fundraiser this weekend.
