Health Sciences North is being recognized for its healthcare supply management.
HSN is the recipient of the GHXcellence Rookie of the Year Award.
The award, given out by Global Healthcare Exchange, recognizes the hospital’s ability to maintain its supply compliment and needs.
HSN’s supply needs are unique in that it’s one of only a handful of larger hospitals in north eastern Ontario aside from hospitals in North Bay, the Sault and Timmins.
