Angus: Not too Late to Make Good on Campaign Promise

It’s not too late for the federal government to make good on a campaign promise, according to Charlie Angus.

The representative for Timmins-James Bay says the Liberals still have time to reduce the small business tax, as Liberal MP’s said they would during the election.

Angus says this was something all three political parties agreed on, which was to cut the tax from 11 per cent to nine.

The Parliamentary Budget Office recently released a report which said if the tax isn’t cut; it will cost small businesses across Canada 2.2 billion dollars over the next four years.
