The Federation of Northern Ontario Municipalities has jumped on board to regulate gas prices in the north.
All the way from North Bay, city councillor Mike Anthony proposed the idea back in March and got word that FONOM supports his motion.
However, it`s an uphill battle from there.
Premier Kathleen Wynne claims regulated gas prices don`t work although Anthony disagrees.
He says if Wynne is right, then why are Quebec and the Maritimes regulating their prices at the pumps.
