The OPP is now reaching out to the public for help in its investigation of theft and property damage in Opasatika.
The Kapuskasing detachment along with OPP forensics are heading it up.
The OPP says $40,000 of damage was done to a building on Government Road following a break in.
Aside from property damage, a large amount of copper wire was also stolen from the building.

The OPP estimates the break in happened between the fall of 2015 and January 2016.
The police are asking anyone to come forward with information; you can also report it anonymously through Crimestoppers.
