On April 23rd Moonbeam Country Store in Kapuskasing will be raising money and awareness to help with autism in children.
Organizer for the event, France Lebel says the fundraiser, in its third year, is a personal one for the owners.
She says Rene and Lucy Labelle have a grandson with autism and they’re hoping to help others in the community in the same situation.
The fundraiser is taking place on April 23rd but you can still pick up accessories with the proceeds going to the programs.

There store will have some live entertainment and refreshments on location for the fundraiser.
The store will be matching all donations and then selecting a school at random to donate to.
