The Kapuskasing Civic Centre is hosting the Aboriginal Economic Development Forum tomorrow.
Aboriginal Liaison Coordinator for Kapuskasing, Terrence Sutherland says it’s the first step in trying to make changes to the way local businesses, residents and communities interact.
Northern municipalities like Smooth Rock Falls, Kapuskasing and Cochrane will be joining the forum.
Alongside those towns will be First Nations communities and organizations such as the Moose Cree, Constance Lake First Nation and the Mushkegowuk Development Corporation.
