Angus Pushing Feds on Palliative Care

The New Democrats are pushing the federal government to take action on palliative care.

This comes as Timmins-James Bay MP Charlie Angus tabled a motion to establish a pan-Canadian strategy.

However the previous Conservative government didn’t act on it, and now the NDP want to see it move forward.

New Democrat Health Critic, Don Davies, says when we have good options for palliative care, the burden on families is lessened.
