Local ski-hills are spending time grooming their slopes after freezing rain and mild temperatures hit the region.
Remi-Ski Club in Moonbeam has been closed since yesterday but plans to have night skiing open tomorrow.
In Timmins, Kamiskotia says it’s hoping to maintain the hill in working order all week with another update expected for this weekend.
Mild temperatures and rain are still in the short-range forecast before conditions return to seasonal norms this weekend.
