It’s carnival season here in the north and the town of Hearst is hosting one of its biggest winter events this weekend.
The Carnival de Hearst begins Friday with snow shoeing, a massive bonfire and fireworks.
Everything from curling and hockey tournaments, a poker rally, snowmobile races and live performances will be featured.
The carnival brings in visitors from all over and is great local businesses in the area.
