If you’re planing on commuting to Timmins and the surrounding area, a winter storm is on the way.
Environment Canada has put out a special weather statement for a lot of the north, as a storm is expected to roll through tonight.
Right now, they are predicting 10-15 cm of snow by the end of Wednesday from North Bay to Timmins.
Environment Canada is also predicting heavy winds, which means low visibility on the roads with blowing snow.
