February 20th may be Kapuskasing’s last chance to make its case for hosting the Central Region AAA Junior Hockey Championship.
The week-long tournament could be a boost for local businesses, especially in the hospitality sector.
Manager of Economic Development, Andre Robichaud says it’s Kapuskasing’s tournament to lose.
Robichaud, during the last town council meeting said the site of the tournament was down to two possible candidates, Kapuskasing and Sudbury.
