The Resolute mill in Iroquois Falls is getting a second chance.
Abitibi Riversedge has bought the mill, the trestle bridge, and the golf course to oversee the redevelopment.
CEO of Riversedge, Justus Veldman, says the goal is to find a use for the mill that doesn’t involve forest product manufacturing.
MHPM will work with the town and the trestle bridge working committee to see that through.
The announcement from Abitibi Riversedge was made in Iroquois Falls last night to a crowd of about four-hundred people.
