Residents may have noticed some unusual smoke coming from the mill in town on Tuesday.
Tembec’s Kapuskasing operations had to put out a fire which broke out Tuesday afternoon.
Tembec says it was a small blaze and no one was hurt.
The mill has since returned to regular operations.

The Kapuskasing location houses pulp, hard wood and soft wood lumber mills.
Tembec also has operations in Hearst, Cochrane and Chapleau.
