Progress has been made at the negotiating table for the ETFO and some support staff within the District School Board Ontario Northeast.
The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario has reached a tentative deal.
The ETFO says the deal is with the OSSTF, specifically for professional support personnel, childhood educators, EAs and education support personnel.
The ETFO says the tentative deal is pending a vote and it’s been without a contract for over a year.
