Riverside Park has been the site of vandalism in Kapuskasing.
The Festival of Lights kicks off a holiday event involving Riverside Park being decorated and lit up by the town with displays, ornaments and thousands of lights.
The town says many of the archways on the Riverside Drive-side of the park have been torn down along with the lighting fixtures.
The town says each archway alone totals around $100 and many of the displays stolen or destroyed are not available to purchase any more.
