The Kapuskasing Flyers are hitting the streets, going door-to-door for the team’s annual food drive.
The town’s Recreation Director Marc Clavelle says the team is partnering up with emergency services for the event.
He says fire trucks and police cruisers will be pitching in, and the community shouldn’t be worried if they hear a lot of sirens around town on Wednesday night.
Clavelle says it’s all part of the Flyers becoming a more active member in the community.
On Wednesday the Flyers, along with fire-fighters, local police and EMS will be going door-to-door from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
