MP for Algoma-Manitoulin-Kapuskasing, Carol Hughes says those with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder will now have an easier time getting the healthcare they need.
Hughes says a new bracelet will be issued to those with the disorder to help physicians and other healthcare professionals identify the condition.
Hughes says it will help greatly if someone is in distress and can’t communicate effectively.
