Any trails maintained by the MRCA are off limits to ATV-ers.
The Mattagami Region Conservation Authority is sending out the message to anyone who uses a motorized vehicle to stay off their trails.
They maintain over 50-kilometres of trails in Timmins, including the popular Hershey Lake and the Scout Rock Trail.
Anyone caught with an ATV on one of those trails could be looking at charges under the Trespassing and Conservation Authority Acts.
