The Rotary Club of Kapuskasing is helping raise money for a bakery to be built for a school in Haiti.
Kapuskasing Rotary president Liz McInnis says Rotary is a worldwide organization.
She says it aims to get small communities helping each other, even from around the globe.
A French immersion teacher from Wawa, and recent volunteer in Haiti, Paulette Albert is in Kapuskasing to help raise money.
Albert says the bakery will supply food and jobs for students at the school Sister Marjorie helps run.
If you’re interested in donating to the school you can contact Liz McInnis here.
