Wilson: Investing in Youth and Job Skill Development

Creating jobs in the Northeast is the riding’s biggest challenge according to Liberal candidate Heather Wilson.

Wilson says the unemployment rate is disturbingly high, especially in younger demographics.

Wilson says the $750 million plan to invest in job skills for in-demand fields will go a long way across Canada, and in the Northeast.

Wilson is running against New Democrat Carol Hughes and the Conservative’s Andre Robichaud.

Wilson says investing in a demographic instead of an industry is a much better idea.

The federal election is set for October 19th.
