NOSM is celebrating its 5th annual Francophone Symposium.
The Northern Ontario School of Medicine will be holding expert medical panels and hands-on interactive workshops for the public, students and faculty.
The NOSM says the objective of the event is to strengthen the school’s relationships with northern French communities.
The event runs right through to Saturday.
There are two residency positions and four third-year students from NOSM working in all sectors of the Sensenbrenner Hospital and Clinic in Kapuskasing.
