The Sensenbrenner Hospital Hey Day has officially raked in $31,800 this year.
The hospital’s auxiliary hosts the massive garage sale every year out of the Kapuskasing Curling Club.
All proceeds from the event go back into the hospital.
The Auxiliary’s president, Wendy Guilmette says so much goes into the event every year.

She says the auxiliary prepares all year round and the over 150 volunteers are the backbone of the event.
Guilmette says this year’s proceeds are going towards a new ultrasound machine in the hospital.
She says volunteers and auxiliary workers collect donations all year round.
