The next few months will see many projects rolling out for the town of Kapuskasing.
The town’s CAO Yves Labelle says the Highway 11 Connecting Link Upgrade project will be ramping up next month.
He says there may be some delays on the highway as the first half of the project goes into full swing.
The Arena-Energy project looks to connect the pool’s heating and the arena’s power supply, ice making and heating together.
The project’s goal is to take both almost completely off the grid to save on possibly higher hydro rates.
