Tembec wants to remind hunters to stay safe out in the bush this season.

Hunters should always be wary of forestry scouting parties in the field as well if hunting near a harvesting area.

The MNR says never hunt alone, always wear hunter orange and use fall restraints when using a tree stand.

Harvesting operations continue in the Dixon and Sulman areas including the grader work on nearby forest roads.
