Next weekend Field Farm Day is coming to Kapuskasing.
The Demonstration, or as it’s better known by its original name, the Experimental Farm is holding its annual Farm Field Day.
The event is for both the farming industry and the public.
It features special presentations and exhibits celebrating one of the town’s defining attributes.

Julie Latimer is the curator of the Ron Morel Memorial Museum, she says the farm is part of the rich history behind Kapuskasing.
Originally intended to test farming in the north, it is now used in beef research for the province.
