A new hydro-electric station could provide over 200 new jobs to residents of Cochrane.
OPG’s new hydro-electric station will be located about 90 kilometres north of Smooth Rock Falls.
The project is looking for engineers, electricians, welders, camp support services and other trades to fill its needs.
Ontario Power says the $300 million project is planned to provide power to about 25,000 homes in the area.
