A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a federal inmate.

Thirty-three-year-old Lisa Marie Hutchinson is wanted for a breach of parole.

She is described as five-foot-three, Caucasian, weighing 140 pounds, with medium length brown hair and hazel eyes.

She has a tattoo of “Joel” on left wrist and two Chinese symbols tattooed on the back of her neck.

She’s been known to frequent areas in the Northeast.
