Cochrane town council convened at 6:00pm on Tuesday at the town hall.
The Railway Street reconstruction will be moving forward, the main street in Cochrane will see new infrastructure and a full re-paving.
The volume of traffic Railway Street receives has led to many potholes along the route.
The FedNor investment covering one-third of the costs of the project will see the replacement of roadside infrastructure that’s nearly 100 years old in some places.
Council also heard Harriman & Associates which will be working on the Commando Lake Pavilion Project.
