Town council will convene at the Hearst town hall this evening.
Council will be ruling on the former Pepco bulk plant property, whether or not to sell off the land to residential and industrial interests.
The tender for the town’s lighting contract will go out, which will see new LED street-lights installed in Hearst.
Also on the agenda is an information session regarding the Community Improvement Plan’s Private Sector Incentive Program.
The meeting is set for 6:00pm.
