Local culinary talent will be on-site this weekend for the Taste of Hearst.
From Friday, September 11th to Saturday, September the 12th the event will showcase local chefs to the public and their taste buds.
Francine Lacroix-Hoff from the Hearst EDC says the event has been steadily growing each year.
She says the rib competition on the 12th is of particular interest as four local chefs will be going head-to-head.

She says the event is completely self-sufficient and it’s grown every year as a result.
Tickets are on sale at the tourist information centre in Hearst.
