An MNR Conservation Officer in New Liskeard is the recipient of the CO of the year award.
Peter Gilboe is a coordinator for the Ministry of Natural Resources’ Confidential Informant Course.
He’s been with the MNR since 1989 and is being honoured for his work with Crime Stoppers and various wildlife programs.
This is the third award for ‘Officer Pete’ as he’s known by in the community.
