College Boreal is hosting first aid training sessions for dealing with mental health.
It will aim to raise awareness of mental health issues, the stigma related to it and how to recognize symptoms.
The cost is $150 per person for 12 hours of sessions.
Symptoms for issues like depression, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, anxiety and others will all be discussed in the sessions.
