Plans already made for Timmins and District Hospital Foundation’s February 50-50 prize

Melanie Elliott is ticking three items off her to-do list: Pay off her house; pay for her son’s education and take a trip.  She’s bankrolling all of that with the $161,045 she won in the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation’s 50-50 draw for February.

The Timmins woman says she’s been playing since the first monthly draw, and always knew she would eventually win.
