A Timmins man is facing a counselling to commit murder charge following a lengthy investigation by Ontario Provincial Police in Kapuskasing. Police say in August of last year they received a report about a person soliciting help in committing a murder.
A 64 year old man is facing charges of counselling an indictable offense which is not yet committed, public mischief and uttering threats causing death or bodily harm. The name of the accused is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
