Provincial Police and the M-N-R carried out an enforcement blitz on anglers in the Northeast.
The M-N-R laid down 18 charges and over 70 warnings over the course of the operation.
The opportunity was also taken by the Ministry and Police to educate dealers, harvesters and anglers on the importance of preventing invasive species from entering the region.
