In case you don’t get a notice from Hydro One, there’s a planned disruption to your electrical service east of Kap on two days in the middle of December.
It’s from 5:00am until 6:30am on Tuesday the 13th; and then right after supper on Thursday the 15th, between 7:00pm and 8:30pm. The outages affect 1,817 customers from Moonbeam, Haggart, Smooth Rock Falls, Fauquier-Strickland and Calder.
Not that it really matters, but the utility has yet to give a reason for turning out the lights on those two dates.
