A Kapuskasing man is facing numerous charges following three separate incidents between last Thursday and Sunday.
Ontario Provincial Police say the first incident was a ‘dine and dash’ at a Hearst restaurant on Thursday. Police located the man in his car and charged him with refusal to provide a breath sample, resisting a peace officer, operation while impaired, theft under $5,000 and driving with open liquor.
On Sunday, Police responded to separate break-and-enter incidents on McPherson Avenue and Progress Crescent in Kapuskasing. The same 56 year-old was also charged with two counts of break-and-enter, unlawfully in a house, failure to comply with probation order and breach of recognizance.
He will appear in a courtroom at a later date.
