A Saskatchewan transport driver has been charged following a lengthy police investigation into a January 12th accident that seriously injured a van driver east of Val Rita.

The accident that involved the transport and a commercial van closed the highway for 16 hours.

Ontario Provincial Police have charged a 24 year old man from Kensington Place, Saskatchewan with dangerous operation causing bodily harm. He appears in a Kapuskasing courtroom on June 13th.
