The April winner of the Sensenbrenner Hospital Foundation’s online 50-50 draw says she saw an ad pop up on her Facebook page and decided to buy a ticket.
Teresa Malott collected a jackpot worth $8,665. Malott has no ties to Kapuskasing and actually had to look up where the draw was located.
Malott plans to put the winnings to good use by paying off a few bills and spoiling her grandchildren. The next online draw opens on May 9th at 10 am and the lucky winner chosen on June 17.
